What this site stores on your device, why, and how to change your choice.

This policy explains what PC Fieldbook stores on your device. It should be read with our privacy policy. In this policy, “cookies” also covers your browser’s local storage, which works in a similar way.
Your settings
On your first visit, a cookie banner at the bottom of the page asks what you allow. Nothing optional is stored until you choose. Reject all is as easy as Accept all, and Choose settings lets you decide one category at a time. Every procedure works whatever you choose.
Essential storage
One item is needed for the site to work, so it does not need your consent. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and does not identify you.

Preferences (optional)
These items are stored only if you choose Accept all or turn on Preferences. They stay in your browser’s local storage, are never sent to us, and do not identify you. If you turn Preferences off, we delete them straight away.

Without Preferences you can still tick steps. The ticks simply disappear when you leave the page.
Measurement cookies (optional)
If the publisher enables Google’s measurement tag to learn which of our Google search ads lead to visits, a Measurement category appears in the cookie banner, and Google may set the cookies below, but only after you choose Accept all or turn on Measurement. Until then the tag runs in Google Consent Mode with all storage denied, and no measurement cookies are set. While the tag is not enabled, the banner does not show this category and none of these cookies are used.

Ad personalisation stays off even if you allow Measurement. We do not use these cookies to show you ads on this site or elsewhere, and we do not build remarketing lists from visits to this site. If you later turn Measurement off, the site deletes these cookies from your browser.
Changing your choice
Select Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or the button above, to open the banner again and change any category. You can also delete cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings, or block them entirely. The procedures still work, though your ticks will not be remembered, and the banner will ask again on your next visit.
